Caerusnet App Terms of Use

Effective date: 11/4/2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to caerusnet.com and its related pages, directories, forms, and online content (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Caerusnet Worldwide, LLC (“Caerusnet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms before using the Site. By using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled.

1. What the Site does—and does not do

Caerusnet provides information about referral-networking teams, facilitators, members, events, educational materials, and opportunities to inquire about membership or facilitator licensing. The Site may let you request information, subscribe to communications, search professional listings, or submit a referral.

Using the Site does not make you a Caerusnet member, reserve a business category, guarantee admission to a team, create a facilitator license, or guarantee any referral, customer, revenue, or business outcome. An inquiry, application, or first visit is not an acceptance of membership.

2. Separate agreements; independent facilitators

Individual teams are run by facilitators. As described on the Site, facilitators make their own team membership decisions, set their own membership prices, and bill members directly for facilitation services. Your membership, payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, attendance, category-exclusivity, and team-specific obligations must be established by the applicable written membership agreement and facilitator disclosures. Review those terms and identify your contracting party before paying.

These Terms govern the Site; they do not replace a signed membership, event-registration, or facilitator-licensing agreement. If a separate agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms on its particular subject, that agreement governs that subject. A person interested in facilitating a team must enter into a separate written licensing agreement before receiving any license to use Caerusnet’s system or materials.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, a facilitator or member cannot change these Terms, make commitments for Caerusnet, or represent that Caerusnet guarantees their services or results. This provision does not limit any responsibility Caerusnet has under applicable law.

3. Eligibility and accurate submissions

The Site is intended for adults seeking business or professional networking information. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to submit a membership or licensing inquiry or use a referral form. If you submit information for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Information you submit must be accurate, current, and lawful.

4. Directory listings and professional referrals

Directory and facilitator listings are provided to help people discover and contact professionals. Unless Caerusnet expressly states otherwise in writing, a listing is not a certification, background check, endorsement, warranty of qualifications, or guarantee of licensing, insurance, availability, performance, or suitability. Verify a professional’s credentials and terms independently before engaging them.

A referral is an introduction or expression of interest—not a guarantee of a transaction. The referrer, prospect, and receiving professional are responsible for their own communications and decisions. Caerusnet is not a party to a transaction between a prospect and a listed professional merely because that transaction began through the Site.

If you use a referral form, share a prospect’s contact information only if you are permitted to share it and have given any notice or obtained any consent required by law. Do not submit confidential financial, health, government-identification, payment-card, or other sensitive information in a referral or free-text field. You must not use directory information for scraping, bulk marketing, unsolicited commercial messages, or other unlawful purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and legitimate business-networking purposes. You must not:

We may restrict access, remove content, or investigate suspected violations, subject to applicable law.

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of material you lawfully submit, such as a business description, testimonial, photo, or other profile content. If you submit material for publication, you grant Caerusnet a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute it as reasonably needed to operate and promote the relevant listing or feature, for as long as the material remains published and for reasonable backup and legal-retention periods. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, including permission from identifiable people where required.

This publication license does not authorize Caerusnet to publicly post a referral prospect’s private contact information. Referral submissions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected]  to request correction or removal of a listing or submitted content. We may decline to publish or may remove material at our discretion, consistent with law and any applicable separate agreement.

7. Caerusnet materials and trademarks

The Site and its text, graphics, branding, guides, methods, videos, and other materials belong to Caerusnet or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view the Site and download materials expressly offered for download for your lawful personal or internal business use. You may not sell, republish, distribute, modify, or use Caerusnet’s name, marks, or proprietary referral-team system to operate a team without prior written authorization. No license is granted except as expressly stated here or in a separate written agreement.

8. Events, third-party sites, and embedded services

Event registration, payment, scheduling, video, social-media, and other linked or embedded services may be operated by third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Check the applicable event page or registration provider for event-specific prices, cancellation and refund rules, accessibility details, and photography or recording notices. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their independent acts or content, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. No professional advice or promised results

Site content is general business-networking information, not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. References to a member’s profession or a business success story are not promises that another person will achieve similar results. Seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the Site useful and accurate, but listings, team schedules, categories, prices, and availability can change. To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or particular networking or financial results. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Caerusnet and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the Site. To the extent permitted by law, their aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid directly to Caerusnet for use of the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

This limit concerns the Site, not amounts paid to an independent facilitator under a separate membership agreement. It does not apply where prohibited by law, or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or fraud to the extent applicable law forbids limitation. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

12. Changes and termination

We may update the Site or these Terms. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice if required by law. Changes apply prospectively; a material change will not retroactively alter an accrued claim. You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end access for a violation, security concern, or operational reason, subject to applicable law. Termination does not erase obligations that by their nature should survive, including intellectual-property protections and limitations applicable to past use.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes concerning these Terms or the Site may be brought in state or federal courts located in Michigan, subject to applicable law governing jurisdiction, venue, and consumer rights. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives a right to bring a claim that cannot legally be waived.

14. General terms and contact

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent possible. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any expressly applicable separate agreement, state the relevant terms for their respective subjects.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11/4/2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Caerusnet Worldwide, LLC (“Caerusnet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through caerusnet.com and related Caerusnet-operated Site features. It also explains choices available to you.

Contact: [email protected]· Caerusnet, ℅ 3289 Thunderbird Drive, Sierra Vista, Arizona 85650
Important distinction: An independent facilitator may separately collect information and determine how to use it for team membership, billing, meetings, and direct communications. Their independent practices may be governed by their own notices and agreements. This Policy describes Caerusnet’s practices, including information it receives or shares through the Site; it does not purport to govern every facilitator’s independent business.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

We may also receive professional information from a facilitator, member, event or form provider, or a person making a referral. If you give us information about another person, only do so when you are permitted to do so and have provided any notice or obtained any consent required by law.

2. How we use information

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

We do not intend referral forms or general inquiry forms to collect sensitive personal information. If someone provides it anyway, we will handle it appropriately under applicable law and our retention procedures.

3. When we disclose information

We may disclose information:

We do not authorize members to treat directory information as a list for unsolicited bulk marketing. Caerusnet must verify its advertising and data-sharing practices before publishing any categorical claim that it does not “sell” or “share” personal information under a particular state law.

4. Cookies, analytics, chat, and embedded content

The Site and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security, remembering preferences, measuring traffic, or delivering embedded features. A visible third-party chat widget and external video, social, scheduling, or event links may involve third-party data collection. The exact providers, cookie categories, and retention periods must be verified before publication.

You can use browser controls to manage cookies; blocking some technologies may affect Site functionality. Where applicable law requires a choice or prior consent for nonessential cookies or targeted advertising, we will provide the required controls. Do not publish this paragraph as a substitute for implementing those controls.

5. Email, calls, and text messages

If you subscribe to a newsletter, you can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact [email protected]. We may still send nonmarketing replies to requests you make.

Providing a phone number for an inquiry or referral permits us or the relevant recipient to address that inquiry as allowed by law; it does not, by itself, constitute consent to automated marketing calls or texts. If Caerusnet offers promotional SMS or automated calling, it must obtain any separately required consent and provide compliant opt-out instructions before doing so. A chat widget’s invitation to “text” should not be treated as proof of promotional SMS consent.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to requests, maintaining listings and records, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and protecting the Site. Retention periods can differ by record type. Before publication, Caerusnet should establish actual retention and deletion schedules, particularly for referral prospects and form submissions.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we hold. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. If you believe information submitted through the Site has been misused or exposed, contact [email protected].

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information Caerusnet holds about you, or to ask that your public professional listing be updated or removed. We will review requests and respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required—for example, for security, recordkeeping, or legal claims.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email as described above. If applicable state privacy law grants you additional rights—such as obtaining a copy of information, opting out of certain advertising-related disclosures or profiling, appealing a decision, or using an authorized agent—we will honor those rights as required by that law. The actual request and appeal process, and any required “Do Not Sell or Share” link, must be confirmed against Caerusnet’s practices and legal obligations before publication.

Removing a listing from our Site may not remove copies held by search engines or third parties. A facilitator or other independent recipient may need to receive a separate request concerning information they control.

8. Children

The Site is directed to adults and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact [email protected] so we can review and take appropriate action.

9. Visitors outside the United States

Caerusnet is described on the Site as a U.S.-based networking organization. If you access the Site from outside the United States, information you submit may be processed in the United States and in other locations where relevant providers operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from those where you live. If Caerusnet intentionally offers services in jurisdictions with additional disclosure, consent, or transfer requirements, this Policy needs a jurisdiction-specific supplement.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or law. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. For privacy questions or requests, contact Caerusnet Worldwide, LLC at [email protected] or Caerusnet ℅ 3289 Thunderbird Drive, Sierra Vista, Arizona 85650.
